Our products are vintage and may show signs of wear consistent with their age. We make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately and disclose any notable imperfections. Please review all product descriptions, photos, and any additional information we provide prior to purchase.
We accept refund requests within 14 days of the customer receiving the item under the following circumstances:
Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (and no later than 14 days after delivery) so that we can assess the damage. We may request photographs or other documentation to help with the claim.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or a refund once the incorrect item is returned in the same condition it was received.
No-Fault Returns: If you choose to return an item for any reason other than damage or an incorrect delivery (e.g., you no longer want the item), you may do so within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition. Unless otherwise agreed, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund in accordance with our refund process.
